Background

Cate Carter is a multi-award-winning Creative Show Designer. She works with artists, brands and agencies around the world to create unforgettable live shows for names like George Ezra, Ellie Goulding, Apple Music and Amazon Music Live.

When your day job is designing spectacular shows, your own brand needs to make the same impression.

The challenge

Cate had an incredible body of work, but nowhere to show it at its best. With work this visual, a busy website would only get in the way.

She needed a brand and website built from scratch. They had to feel premium, work flawlessly, and show event producers, artist managers and brand directors straight away that she’s at the top of her game.

Our approach

We knew less would be more. We took a refined, stripped-back approach, creating a simple frame that lets Cate’s shows be the star.

We designed a minimal logo and a clean visual identity. Then we designed and built a custom website made to handle big, high-quality images and video without slowing down. Every decision was about showing her work in its best light.
