Background

Forest Live, delivered in partnership with Live Nation, is a major outdoor live music series held right in the heart of our nation's forests. Now celebrating its milestone 25th anniversary in 2026, the annual event consistently attracts global heavyweights like Sting, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, and Snow Patrol.

We have acted as the trusted creative partner for Forestry England and Live Nation for the past four years, stepping in to handle the vast output of social media and print assets required for every artist and every unique venue.

The challenge

When you are managing a high-profile campaign for 26 major artists across multiple locations, consistency is everything. The core challenge was to evolve the visual identity of Forest Live to ensure it remained current, engaging, and highly effective in a competitive live music market.

We needed to build a flexible visual system that worked flawlessly across all print and digital formats. More importantly, this creative evolution had to do heavy commercial lifting: driving real audience engagement and pushing ticket sales across all venues and artist dates without losing the brand's unique connection to nature.

We took a highly strategic, illustrative approach that rooted the campaign firmly in its environment. We designed an engaging, friendly visual language that perfectly captured the unique forest locations and the natural magic of outdoor live music.

To ensure this translated effectively across a massive rollout, we paired bespoke, nature-focused illustrations with clear, bold typography and a warm, inviting colour palette.
