Background
AirHop is the go-to indoor adventure park for kids, families and basically anyone who loves flying through the air and having loads of fun. Trampolines are just the beginning… think dodgeball, battle beams, obstacle courses, airslides and full-throttle free-jump joy.
Following a period of rapid growth, including the acquisition of several other park brands, AirHop is now one of the UK’s biggest names in active indoor fun. They’ve got 27 parks across the country, with more on the way.
The challenge
The existing brand had bounced its last bounce, it was time for a change.
Originally created over six years ago, the identity had become outdated and fragmented. With so many newly merged locations, things were starting to feel inconsistent and unclear, both for visitors and internal teams, potentially damaging AirHop’s credibility.
AirHop had big ambitions. They wanted to become the UK’s number one adventure park brand, but to get there, they needed a brand that could unify the business and stand out in an increasingly energetic market.
Our approach
We worked closely with the AirHop marketing team and directors, starting with research to understand their audience, competitors and commercial goals. We created a customer insight survey to find out what families loved, what they wanted more of and how they felt about the brand.
From there, we developed various concepts, each based on a clear creative idea rooted in movement, energy and emotion.
The winning concept? The Pulse, a central idea that captured the energy of movement. It’s the beat of excitement before a birthday party, the rush of adrenaline mid-jump, and the buzz you carry home after an unforgettable time.
